Deep Tissue Back

This 45 minute deep tissue back massage will leave you feeling thoroughly worked. A combination of Swedish, sports, lomilomi massage among others work well to target areas of tension and tightness, working into the deeper layers of the muscle to soothe knots and sore spots. This treatment eases out muscle tension while reducing stress and pain in the areas we carry it most. It's the most popular treatment for obvious reasons.

Back, Neck & Shoulders

If you need some concentrated work but aren't into Deep Tissue treatments then this is for you. This is a 45minute treatment that can also include the hips or legs if needed. A varied range of techniques are used to alleviate pain and tension while keeping the pressure to a light or medium.

Reflexology

Digestive problems, stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, menstrual issues, headaches, low energy. That is just a sample of the issues that Reflexology can impact upon. It's an incredibly powerful yet relaxing treatment working the feet & lower legs. Get in touch to see how Reflexology can help you.

LomiLomi Massage (back of body only)

LomiLomi Massage is a Hawaiian module of massage that differs from a classic Swedish massage in the way that if flows beautifully from one part of the body to next rather then focusing on one area at a time. Using soothing massage techniques it really brings the mind & body back into harmony while easing out muscle tension and soreness. Another one of my faves!

Please note that due to Covid regulations this treatment concentrates on the back of the body only.

Pregancy Reflexology

During pregancy Reflexology can help your body cope with the major hormonal changes as well as keeping digestion on track and helping you sleep a little more soundly. Studies have shown that regular reflexology treatments lowered cortisol levels in pregnant woman and significantly reduced the amount of time they spent in labour. When you reach you due date and enter the realm of 'over-due' reflexology can also be used to kick start labour. There is really no reason not to have this treatment.

Please note: you must be 16 weeks pregnant or more before starting

your reflexology treatment
